Users can connect with Advisors via phone or chat, gaining valuable insights on a wide range of life questions and concerns.

To enjoy your first free consultation, simply click the “Registration” button and enter the required details, such as your name and phone number. Registration is essential to store your information, which allows you to access the service.

Upon completing your registration, you will receive a £5 bonus to use on your first consultation. To start your free consultation, simply select one of our available Advisors and click on the “Free Call” button. After confirming, you’ll immediately receive a call on the phone number you provided during registration.

Both registration and the call are completely free of charge, and your telephone number remains confidential. The consultation will automatically end once your welcome bonus is used up.

No, there are no fixed costs or subscriptions! You only pay for the consultations you book. Plus, as a special offer, your first five-minute phone consultation is absolutely free. This allows you to connect with a medium, astrologer, or psychic risk-free.

If you’ve forgotten your login information, simply click on the "Lost your password?" link. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Your first five-minute phone consultation is free. After that, each Advisor has their own tariff, which is displayed on their profile, allowing you to see the cost per minute.

Please note there is an additional £0.30 per minute charge for calls made on a mobile phone.

You can also take advantage of special offers, including a £0.99 rate for your first paid consultation. Additionally, you’ll receive a 50% bonus on your first top-up (£20+£10, £30+£15, £50+£25).

For example, if you top-up £20, you’ll receive a £10 bonus, which can be used for a 30 minute phone or chat consultation.

You can pay for consultations by topping up your TheCircle account with fixed amounts of £35, £50, or £100. Please note that calls will be interrupted once your credit runs out.

Alternatively, you can choose the pay-per-use option, where you pay only for the actual cost of your consultation. A pre-authorisation of £99 may be temporarily taken from your chosen payment method. The cost of your reading will be deducted from this amount, and any remaining balance will be refunded back to your payment method.

You can rate an Advisor through the "My Consultations" section in your TheCircle account. You can leave a review within 30 days after any 9-minute paid consultation (this includes your first 5-minute free consultation). This allows you to share your experience and help others find the right Advisor for their needs.

To receive the weekly TheCircle Horoscope, simply go to the "Manage My Emails" section in your account. Here, you can select the types of emails you’d like to receive, including the weekly horoscope, promotions, and personal messages from your Advisors.

You will only receive free communications from TheCircle, such as weekly horoscopes or promotional offers.

In the "Manage My Emails" section of your account, you can easily opt in or opt out of receiving any emails from TheCircle, including horoscopes, promotions, and personal messages from your Advisors.

Your personal information on TheCircle is kept completely confidential. We do not share any of your personal data (such as your name, email, phone number, etc.) with third-party websites, companies, or social networks (e.g. Facebook).

The only information that Advisors can see is your nickname and date of birth, which you provided during registration. Your privacy is a top priority, and we ensure your data remains secure at all times.
