Chantelle provided a lot of accurate derail without any prompting at all which was very helpful in validating my perceptions; she picked up on a 2nd POI by name which was impressive. I guess what I would've liked more of would've been a some insights on what dynamics could be coming up next and not unnecessarily extending the call at the end.
